SUBDIVISION REVIEWS – Notice for review

For any contractor, landowner or party needing a soil report conducted as part of a subdivision review: As of August 14, 2024 the LWRCD will provide a soil review for information submitted by the 1st working day of the of the month and completion letter by the second Thursday of the month.  Any information submitted after the 2nd working day of the month with be subject to review after the 15th of the month and reviewed at the following month’s board of supervisors meeting.  If further clarification is needed, please call our office.
